Ilok license manager error 19351/20/2024 We're in need to upgrade from Mojave to Big Sur so we can upgrade our various production tools, i.e. MacOS Big Sur - gatekeeper? slowing down opening applications Hello,Īt a facility where I work, we have several Mac Pro's and Mac Minis. And when you look at their server status report it always says their servers are fully operational. Still it always says "Online Access Unavailable". I've tried turning Firewall off, I've tried connecting thru Wifi instead of Ethernet, I've tried connect using a mobile phone hotspot instead of Ethernet, I've tried an earlier version of the app. I wish I had XRAY VISION to see behind my computer's attempt to connect inside that app. I also have a 2009 MacBook Pro, I could MAYBE try to run the iLok License Manager app on it, maybe. Not having ANY kind of system wide connectivity issues at all. Using 2017 iMac with Catalina, and Ethernet. I don't have trouble shooting tools or knowledge to figure out why my computer is completely refusing to connect with their secure servers there at iLok, when I run the app iLok License Manager. I have gone into Firewall settings and entered the app and the iLok License Daemon for "approved" connections. Unbelievably, iLok support says I am the only customer in their entire history to ever have this problem. This app has worked fine for seven years but now I can't even login to use it at all. 10 days ago, the application called iLok License Manager started saying "Online Access Unavailable" when I run the app.
